consulting fees, and monthly service packages. Each payment is connected to a defined
scope of work, service package, project phase, or approved deliverable.

Consulting Fees

Consulting, discovery, audits, assessments, strategy sessions, business reviews, workflow analysis, CRM planning, marketing reviews, and automation planning may be billed as separate professional service fees.

Setup Fees

Milestone Payments

For higher-value invoices, ACH or bank transfer may be recommended when available. Payment method availability may vary depending on the client, project, invoice amount, and approved processing options.

Refund & Scope Notes

Payments are connected to professional time, planning, preparation, strategy, setup, and implementation work.

Because Cognivance provides professional consulting, planning, strategy, configuration, setup, automation, CRM, digital growth, and implementation services, payments may become non-refundable once work has started, been scheduled, delivered, partially completed, or assigned to a project phase.


Any work outside the approved scope may require a separate quote, invoice, change order, or written approval. This may include additional revisions, extra integrations, new workflows, additional content creation, expanded marketing services, or additional support not included in the original scope.
